Presenter Information
Preparing your slides
Please prepare your presentation in widescreen (16:9) PowerPoint format (.ppt or .pptx). All main conference sessions will take place in the plenary room (Auditorium).
On the day
- Bring your presentation on a USB drive and pre-load it onto the laptop at the AV desk during the break prior to your session.
- If presenting in the first session of the day, please allow extra time to load your presentation, or send it to us in advance and we'll pre-load it for you.
- Speakers will not be permitted to use their own laptops to avoid disruption to the program.
- A remote mouse and laser pointer will be available at the lectern. Your content will be displayed in Presenter View.
- An AV technician or ASN staff member will be on hand to assist.

Flash talk presenters have 3 minutes for their presentation. Due to the short presentation time, we recommend preparing no more than 3 slides in total.

Poster requirements
As a flash talk presenter, you are also required to present a poster. Please review the poster requirements below.
Posters must be a maximum of A0 in size, portrait format: 841mm wide × 1189mm high (33.1in wide × 46.8in high).
- Bring your printed poster with you on the day.
- Ensure your poster is displayed prior to the poster session.
- Velcro dots will be supplied to hang your poster — no additional materials required.

Submit your poster file to our local supplier by 5:00pm AWST, Friday 4 September and collect it on arrival — no need to travel with a printed poster.
- Create your poster in A0 Portrait — 841mm × 1189mm (33.1in × 46.8in)
- Save as a PDF file
- Email to marina@juiceprint.com.au with subject line IPNC 2026 Poster Print and your name in the body
- Collect your poster on arrival at the conference
